The Madras High Court at Madurai has quashed an FIR against a YouTube video condemning Tablighi Jamaat conference, which was held in March 2020 during the first wave Covid-19 pandemic.The FIR was registered against the Indian YouTuber named Maridhas. Upon complaint of one of the members of Tamil Nadu Muslim Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam, the Melapalayam police had filed the case.
