Synthetic manja: Bombay HC directs authorities to take effective action against violators of NGT’s ban

Bombay High Court division bench heard a Suo Moto Public Interest Litigation (PIL) , relating to the use of nylon/synthetic thread (manja) and directed the respondents to form special cells for taking effective action against the violators as per the ban imposed by the National Green Tribunal.
