The Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed the concerned authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months seeking grant of benefit of the third-time pay scale to the petitioners on completion of 30 years of service.
The Single Judge Bench led by Justice Subramonium Prasad noted: “It cannot be said that the order of the courts below warrants interference of this Court by exercising its revisional jurisdiction.”
The affidavit highlighted that the MM Hospital clinical summary does not show any specific health problem needing immediate attention and such surgery or angiography cannot be done at an Ayurveda hospital.
