Allahabad HC grants bail to medical student violating Covid-19 clinical trial rules

A medical student, who was accused of violating Covid-19 vaccination clinical trial rules was granted bail on Wednesday by Allahabad High Court. A Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application was filed by Sudhakar Yadav under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
