The Supreme Court has postponed the Advocates-On-Record Examination 2021, in view of the surge in the number of Covid-19 infected cases across the country.
The Delhi High Court bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli on Wednesday issued notice to all people held for black marketing Covid-related life saving drugs and equipment, including oxygen concentrators and such.
The bench made it clear that authorities must make all effort to make sure that oxygen is available to a patient desperately needing it and that authorities cannot ignore such needs.
