The Delhi government on Wednesday informed the Delhi High Court that a committee has been formed to look into the graded strategy of de-escalation, keeping in view the evolving situation and keeping the required regional balance of availability for Covid Care, and has been asked to submit its report late on Wednesday.

The Delhi High Court directed the Delhi government to frame a Standard Operating Procedure dealing with complications that are arising post Covid-19 and make sure test facilities and quarantine facilities are available for travellers coming from the United Kingdom.
