New Delhi: A petition filed in the Bombay High Court alleges that the admission exam for Master in Human Resource Development (MHRD) was marred by major technical glitches and has demanded that a committee be formed to look into these.
The petition says in the July 27 exam, different students logged in at different times, there were issues with negative marking and there was the violation of the rule of allotment. It says has been an instance in which a student has been awarded two different marks and also instances in which students who have complained that their test submission acknowledgements never appeared on the online portal.
Several students re-attempted the examination under that mistaken impression.
The petition has been filed by advocates Harpreet Singh Hora and Amritpal Singh Khalsa on behalf of the students.
