SC flays Govt’s claim of India’s arbitration potential

Ministry Of Home Affairs issued guideline Unlock-4, today and allowed Metro to ply from 7th Sept. 2020, but school, colleges and educational institutes, coaching classes remain closed till 30th Sept. 2020 except online classes.
