The Shahdara Bar Association, Delhi has cancelled the bar membership of five advocates and barred their entry into Court premises for manhandling and a brutal attack on the bar association president VK Singh and other members.
The Shahdara Bar Association (SBA) Executive Committee has unanimously resolved that the SBA membership of Advocates Keshav Sharma, Vishesh Verma, Vivek Pandey, Amir Tomar and Rohit Sehrawat has been cancelled.
These advocates were debarred from entering the Court premises and the matter is referred to the Bar Council of Delhi for appropriate disciplinary action including cancellation of license and further action for gross conduct.

The SBA has taken this action since earlier when a similar incident had happened with other members of the Bar by the same anti-social elements, but this time the SBA President has himself become a victim to this which is not tolerable by the Bar.
