Expressing contentment over the decreasing number of COVID-19 cases in the national capital, the Delhi High Court today, however, said the reduction in the number of cases shall not be taken lightly.
The Bench of Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Jasmeet Singh said, “It is the duty of the Union of India and the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) to ensure that they are not underprepared for the situation that may arise. We direct them to file a status report in this regard on Monday.”
Amicus Curiae Rajshekhar Rao said: “Milord’s similar lines are the Buffer stock, regarding the Surajkund plant, there is some problem. As of now, it is not a glaring issue.
Senior Counsel Rahul Mehra, appearing for Delhi government, said: “Everyday, there is a special supply coming in, oxygen supply is far less, buffer stock was required at a miserable time, today the buffer stock is 419 MT.
