The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVII registration exam date has been extended by two days, to January 18, 2023.
The Bar Council of India, released a notification after the request received from many candidates.
The last date for registration of AIBE is now extended to 18.01.2023.
The reason for the last minute development is due to the complaints made by several candidates across the country who were not able to access the website for online registration for the exam by the last date of registration, January 16.
In an instant resolution dated December 30, 2022, it was decided that the period from when the AIBE XVI was held to the date of declaration of results of AIBE XVII [October 31, 2021 to April 2023] would not be counted as part of the necessary time period of two years to clear the exam.
The exam is scheduled to be held on February 5.
