The Central government has given a green chit to the appointment of four additional judges of the Calcutta High Court as permanent judges.
Arjun Meghwal who is the Union Minister of State with independent charge of the Law and Justice Ministry, shared this development through social media platform, X (Twitter).
The additional judges who have been made permanent:
– Justice Ananya Bandyopadhyay
– Justice Rai Chattopadhyay
– Justice Shampa Dutt (Paul)
– Justice Raja Basu Chowdhury
