The Union government has appointed 24 new Judicial and Technical members to the Principal Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) at New Delhi.
A notification issued on January 7 by the Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs said the 24 appointees, including 11 judicial members and 13 technical members would serve a tenure of five years beginning from the date they assume the charge or till they attain the age of 65 years.
The pay scale of these appointees would be in the range of Rs 1,82,200 to Rs 2,24,100, as per the Seventh Central Pay Commission, it added.
The new judicial members in NCLT include Justice Jyotsna Sharma, Sunil Kumar Aggarwal, Nilesh Sharma, Ashish Kalia, Vinay Goel, Labh Singh, Rammurti Kushawaha, Brajendra Mani Tripathi, Sushil Mahadeorao Kochey, Mohan Prasad Tiwari and Cheekati Radha Krishna.
The new technical members in NCLT include Reena Sinha Puri, Kavita Bhatnagar, Siddharth Mishra, Hariharan Neelakanta Iyer, Shishir Agarwal, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Radhakrishna Sreepada, Ravindra Chaturvedi, Rekha Kantilal Shah, Man Mohan Gupta, Banwari Lal Meena, Yogendra Kumar Singh and Simmi Gupta.
