Justice Sudip Ranjan Sen appointed as Acting CJ of Meghalaya HC

Justice Sudip Ranjan Sen will take over as Acting Chief Justice of the Meghalaya High Court on March 3, 2018, according to a Government of India notification (see below). Justice Sen is the senior most sitting judge of the same court.  Justice Sudip Ranjan Sen appointed as Acting CJ of Meghalaya HC

Justice Sen will take over from Justice Tarun Agarwala, who held the post for less than a month. Justice Agarwala was appointed Chief Justice on February, 13, 2018.
