The Uttar Pradesh government has moved the Supreme Court, challenging the Allahabad High Court’s order of an audit of the state’s government hospitals by the CAG.
The Supreme Court will hear the case next week.
The state government demanded a stay on the Allahabad High Court’s decision in the petition.
The Allahabad High Court had directed to fill vacancies of doctors and other staff for speeding up the disaster management system of the state.
