Senior Advocate K K Sharma has recently joined, The 36 Group, a multi-specialist set of barristers’ Chambers (offices) in London thereby joining the ranks of many Indian lawyers who have been inducted into the prestigious institution.

Sharma has joined The 36 Group as a Door Tenant (a barrister who has been granted permission to join a set of chambers and work with them from premises outside the chambers themselves) to expand Group’s Asia international litigation and arbitration practice.

K K Sharma is a Senior Advocate specialising in high-value commercial dispute resolution across various sectors such as real estate, finance, intellectual property and general civil litigation. With a practice of over 37 years, K K Sharma brings with him a vast wealth of litigation knowledge to this London based worldwide chamber.

In the capacity of Door Tenant, K K Sharma can undertake any work of consultancy advisory and opinion work including the Arbitration. Very recently, Sharma was empanelled on the Vienna Court of International Arbitration and now accepts instructions as an International Arbitration Expert in the 36 Group.

Sharma’s entry in The 36 Group will enable the Indian corporate houses to access the services of an Indian lawyer in international arbitrations in UK who has expertise in both the Indian law as well as international arbitration.

The 36 Group has also very recently taken over the lucrative Singapore and London based practices of Stone Chambers (formerly a part of St Phillip’s and Stone Chambers, London).
