With the summer vacation of the Supreme Court starting on 13 May until 30 June ,2019, regular matters will be taken up for hearing before the vacation bench from Monday to Friday as per the guidelines and norms approved by the Chief Justice of India.
The SC registrar has in a notice informed that any of the counsels appearing for parties or the party-in-[erson wants his/her pending case that is ready for regular hearing and which comes under the specific categories (see box) is to be taken up for hearing during the vacation, he/she may furnish the particulars of such pending case after obtaining the consent of all the parties/advocates appearing in the case sufficiently in advance and in any case before 30 April.
