The Supreme Court on Friday prolonged its order restricting the Puducherry government from executing any Cabinet policy entailing financial implications.
The court posted the matter for hearing for July 10.
The apex court was hearing a plea filed by Puducherry Lt Governor Kiran Bedi seeking clearness on the administrative control of the Puducherry.
On the previous hearing, the top court had issued notice to Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy and also had directed that any cabinet decision concerning financial implication or land transfer cannot be enforced till the next date of hearing.
