In a circular (read below) released today, the Supreme Court registry has said that “due to non-availability of Hon’ble Mr Justice Deepak Gupta on Monday the 6th January, 2020 sitting of court no.16 comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice Deepak Gupta and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Aniruddha Bose stands cancelled”.
Take further notice that matters shown in final cause list for 6th January, 2020 in court no.16 before the bench comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice Deepak Gupta and Hon’ble Mr, Justice Aniruddha Bose will now be taken up for hearing by the bench presided over by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Deepak Gupta on Thursday the 9th January, 2020, the circular said.
