The Supreme Court has decided to set up a 9 Judge Constitution Bench to examine the validity of separate entry taxes on goods, mandated by statutes by various state governments in M/s Vedanta Aluminium Ltd v State of Orissa and others in SLP (Civil) 33923/2012 n other connected matters from the week commencing 18th July, 2016
