New Delhi (ILNS): The Allahabad High Court will, on December 11, hear a Public Interest Litigation which has demanded action against industries spreading water and air pollution in Agra city.
The issue came up before the Court on November 17, when the court has called for details of such polluting industries. The court had asked the petitioner to file details since the petition was not clear as to which industries are causing water as well as air pollution.
The PIL was listed before the bench of the Chief Justice Govind Mathur and Justice Rajul Bhargava. The PIL has been filed by Ravi Gandhi who sought directions to take necessary action against the industrial units polluting water and air in the city of Agra.
