Allahabad High Court transfers 22 judicial officers in Uttar Pradesh

The Allahabad High Court has transferred 22 judicial officers in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

A notification issued on Tuesday by Registrar General Ashish Garg directed the judicial officers to hand over the charge of their present posts and proceed to take over charge of their new postings immediately, or as per the direction mentioned in the D.O. Letter dated January 21, 2022, if applicable.

It further said that handing and taking over charge certificates should be sent to Satish Kumar Pushkar, Deputy Registrar (Services), High Court, Allahabad.

The officers, who were transferred or posted on their own request, would not not entitled for any TA under Rule 42 of Chapter-IV of Financial Hand Book, Volume-III, added the notification.

The judicial officers, who were transferred yesterday with immediate effect, include:

1. Vinod Kumar-III, District & Sessions Judge, Basti to be District & Sessions
   Judge, Bareilly.
2. Ashwini Kumar Tripathi, District & Sessions Judge, Saharanpur to be District
   & Sessions Judge, Farrukhabad.
3. Santosh Rai, District & Sessions Judge, Fatehpur to be District & Sessions Judge, Allahabad.
4. Sandeep Jain, District & Sessions Judge, Etah to be District & Sessions Judge,
   Kanpur Nagar.
5. Harvir Singh, District & Sessions Judge, Unnao to be District & Sessions Judge, Firozabad.
6. Zafeer Ahmad, District & Sessions Judge, Budaun to be District & Sessions Judge, Jhansi.
7. Bhanu Deo Sharma, District & Sessions Judge, Sambhal at Chandausi to be District & Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur.
8. Sanjay Shanker Pandey, District & Sessions Judge, Pratapgarh to be District & Sessions Judge, Lucknow.
9. Ajai Kumar Srivastava-II, Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,
   Kannauj to be District & Sessions Judge, Kannauj.
10. Babita Rani, Chairman, Administrative Tribunal-III & Member, Administrative Tribunal-I, Lucknow to be District & Sessions Judge, Saharanpur.
11. Kamlesh Kuchhal, Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation &
    Resettlement Authority, Agra to be District & Sessions Judge, Banda.
12. Jai Prakash Pandey, Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation &
    Resettlement Authority, Moradabad to be District & Sessions Judge, Sultanpur.
13. Sunil Kumar-IV, Principal Judge, Family Court, Maharajganj to be District &
    Sessions Judge, Chandauli.
14. Raj Kumar Singh, Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation & Resettlement Authority, Meerut to be District & Sessions Judge, Hardoi.
15. Vijay Shanker Upadhyaya, Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation
    & Resettlement Authority, Bareilly to be District & Sessions Judge, Etah.
16. Pankaj Kumar Agrawal, Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to be District & Sessions Judge, Budaun.
17. Pratima Srivastava, Member, Administrative Tribunal U.P.-II & III, Lucknow to be District & Sessions Judge, Unnao.

19. Pradeep Kumar Singh-II, Principal Judge, Family Court, Faizabad to be
    District & Sessions Judge, Pratapgarh.
20. Sanjay Kumar Malik, Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh to be District &
    Sessions Judge, Siddharthnagar. (with effect from September 1, 2022)
21. Rananjay Kumar Verma, Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya to be District & Sessions Judge, Fatehpur.
22. Anil Kumar-XIII, Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri to be District & Sessions Judge, Sambhal at Chandausi.
