A Delhi court has summoned Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders Dilip Pandey, Amanatullah Khan and Surender Kumar on Aug 7 in connection with a defamation complaint by BJP leader Karan Singh Tanwar for accusing him of being involved in the murder of NDMC official, M M Khan.

The court on the previous hearing had reserved its order on the point of summoning of accused.

Tanwar had accused the AAP leaders of holding a press conference and thereby accusing him of hatching a conspiracy to kill murder M M Khan, an estate officer with the NDMC who was earlier shot dead.
