Today Delhi High Court issued office order for extension of suspended functioning of courts subordinate to Delhi High Court till 15.07.2020.
The High Court’s Administrative and General Supervision Committee while considering the further extension of suspended functioning of the High Court and the Courts Subordinate to the High Court and taking note of the prevalent situation, in continuation of earlier High Court’s Office orders suspended functioning of the Courts subordinate to Delhi High Court extended till 15.07.2020.
The office order states that “It has further been ordered that the directions contained in this Court’s Office Order No.16/DHC/2020 dated 13.06.2020 and the directions as conveyed vide letter No.17/DHC/2020 dated 14.06.2020 be duly complied by all the subordinate courts.”
