A Delhi court on Tuesday acquitted former Haryana Minister of State for Home Affairs and Sirsa MLA Gopal Goyal Kanda in the abetment to suicide case of Geetika Sharma, who was working as air hostess at Kanda’s now-defunct MDLR Airlines.
Special Judge Vikas Dhull of Rouse Avenue Courts further acquitted Aruna Chadha, former HR Manager of MDLR Airlines and co-accused in the case.
