The Telangana High Court issued notice on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed with the grievance relating to not providing the adequate facilities in the Government Hospitals in the State of Telangana.
The Petitioner further alleged not filling up the posts of Medical and ParaMedical staff in Government Hospitals in the State of Telangana.
The petitioner has placed reliance on the judgment of the Supreme Court in Paschim Banga Khet Mazdoor Samity v. State of W.B [(1996) 4 SCC 37].
The petitioner has also placed reliance on Indian Public Health Standards, 2022.
While considering the PIL , the Division Bench of Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice J Anil Kumar ised notice to the respondents.
