A Delhi court on Monday (Jan 28) granted regular bail to RJD supremo Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Rabri Devi and others in IRCTC scam case against them.

The court granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and a surety amount each and posted the matter for next hearing to February 11.

Lalu had been earlier granted bail on Jan 19 but the court had reserved verdict on the regular bail for Jan 28.

Enforcement Directorate (ED) had opposed the regular bail to all the accused contending that the crimes committed were of serious nature and posing grave threat to the financial health of the country.

Lalu has been accused of abusing his power during his tenure as a railway minister in the allotment of a contract to a private company for the maintenance of two IRCTC hotels.
