Juhi Chawla and others have challenged the decision of the single-bench order of the High Court on the application filed against 5G. The single bench of the Delhi High Court had dismissed Juhi Chawla and others plea against 5G, saying the petitioners have wasted the time of the court by abusing the legal process.

Along with this, the court also said the petitioners will have to pay damages for this and imposed a fine of Rs 20 lakh.

Justice Midha had noted that it appeared that the present suit was filed to garner publicity as Chawla had circulated the link for her virtual court hearing on her social media platform. The cost was imposed also on other plaintiffs as well.
