The Allahabad High Court on Thursday directed the Mathura Court to dispose of all the applications related to the dispute of Shri Krishna Janambhoomi, within four months.
A Single-Judge Bench of Justice Salil Kumar Rai directed to issue ex-parte order on Sunni Waqf Board and other parties, who were not attending the hearing.
The Court directed to issue an ex-parte order if Sunni Waqf Board and other parties did not appear in court proceedings.
A Petition has been filed in the High Court by Manish Yadav ( seeking completion of the hearing of all the cases related to the case and their disposal at the earliest.
Verdict in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi–Shahi Idgah Mosque dispute case of Mathura was reserved by a court in Mathura till May 19. The case pertains to a petition that has been filed in a Mathura court seeking ownership of 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, and also the removal of the Shahi Idgah Mosque that it claims has been built on the Janambhoomi.
The case has been filed by Advocate Ranjana Agnihotri and six others had last year filed a claim in the case with the civil judge. The respondents in this case are The Sunni Central Waqf Board, Shahi Idgah Mosque, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust, and Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Seva Sansthan .
The High Court passed the order on an application filed by Manish Yadav, the lawsuit friend of Lord Shri Krishna.
An application was filed in the court of Mathura, demanding the completion of hearing in all cases related to the birth land dispute and their disposal at the earliest.
The High Court was further requested to club all the cases going on in the court of Mathura and hear them together.
