The Madhya Pradesh High Court has disposed of a petition, which sought its intervention in an incident that took place 43 years ago.
According to petitioner Makhan Singh, he was allegedly granted patta in 1976 and the same was cancelled in 1979.
The Single-Judge Gwalior Bench of Justice Rohit Arya, while dismissing the plea, observed that the Court was afraid and such contention could not be allowed.
