New Delhi (ILNS): In a notice issued by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), it has been informed that some of the officials of the National Commission and their family members have tested COVID-19 positive and are under medical treatment.
Keeping in view the SOP guidelines for prevention of the spread of the Corona Virus, the President has directed that there will be no sittings of the NCDRC from November 3 to 6, 2020. It has, however, been clarified that the Registry shall remain open on Friday, November 6, 2020 and all the officials have to attend office on that day.

Further, the cases listed for hearing “through Video Conferencing” before the Benches of the Commission from November 3 to 6, 2020 have been adjourned.
