The Delhi High Court today adjourned the hearing in the anticipatory bail application of Restaurateur Navneet Kalra, accused of black-marketing Oxygen Concentrators, to Tuesday.
The Single-Judge Bench of Justice Subramonium Prasad adjourned the hearing on anticipatory bail application of Kalra, to 10:30 am on May 18.
Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi appeared for Kalra, while Additional Solicitor General S.V. Raju represented the state.
The ASG said, “This is a matter, which requires lot of eveidence to be put on record. Please give us some time. Let the matter be listed on Tuesday.

“The accused is not a high mighty person that his case be heard on a holiday. Why such a preference is given to this person?,” Raju further said.
