The Delhi High Court has decided to reshuffle and transfer judges in the courts falling under its jurisdiction, with a result
Nine courts in Delhi would now get new Principal District & Sessions judges, following the Delhi High Court’s decision to reshuffle and transfer judges.
Delhi High Court Chief Justice DK Upadhyay took the decision at a full court meeting on April 30.
As per the decision, Kanwal Jeet Arora has been appointed as the new Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI) at Rouse Avenue Courts Complex, while Vinod Kumar has been chosen as the Principal District & Sessions Judge (East) at Karkardooma Courts.
While Shail Jain was chosen as Principal District & Sessions Judge (South) at Saket Courts, Madhu Jain was appointed as Principal District & Sessions Judge (West) at Tis Hazari Courts.
Virender Kumar Bansal would be the new Principal District & Sessions Judge (New Delhi) at Patiala House Courts.
Anju Bajaj Chandna has been appointed as the Principal District & Sessions Judge (North) at Rohini Courts, while Gurvinder Pal Singh would be functioning as the Principal District & Sessions Judge (North-West) at Rohini Courts.
While Nivedita Anil Sharma would be the new Principal District & Sessions Judge (South-East) at Saket Courts, Sukhvinder Kaur would work as the Principal District & Sessions Judge (Shahdara) at Karkardooma Courts.
