New Delhi (ILNS): The Allahabad High Court has denied bail to a school van driver who has been accused of showing pornographic videos to children aged about 5-6 years.
Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh of the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court said:
Considering the heinousness of the offence, tender age of the victims and relationship of the accused-applicant of trust, it is not a fit case where the accused-applicant should be allowed to come out from the jail.
This bail application was filed under Section 439 CrPC. by the accused himself.
The statement of a victim was recorded under Section 164 CrPC before the concerned magistrate in which she has told that the accused had forced her to lick his private part. And on denial of doing so she was beaten by him.

Some other victims have also given their statements and verified the same. It becomes important to mention here that the accused wasn’t the only person involved. There were two other men also involved in the said crime. A 5-year-old girl has testified in the same story.
After going through all the facts and statements of victims, the court has denied his bail application.
