The Allahabad High Court has disposed of a petition after the assurance of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Authority that the objection of petitioner advocate Arun Mishra will be heard and decided in two weeks.
The Division Bench of Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal and Justice J.J. Munir passed this order while hearing a PIL filed by Arun Mishra.
Only prayer made by the petitioner in the petition is against the draft development plan of Saraswati Hitech City, Naini (District Prayagraj) objections were invited. The petitioner filed the objections. However, without deciding the same, the project is being executed.
The counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the objections filed by the petitioner shall be decided within a period of two weeks, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The Court in view of the aforesaid stand taken by the counsel for the respondents, disposed of the petition.
