The Court will hear the matter on Dec 12. The Court was hearing two pleas seeking a thorough investigation into December 6 incident.

At today’s hearing, a division bench headed by Justice RS Chauhan sought to know if the police adhered to the SC guidelines in the matter. The Advocate General BS Prasad informed the bench that similar pleas were being heard by the Supreme Court and sought adjournment saying the case would be taken up by apex court on Wednesday.

On Prasad’s submissions, the Court adjourned the matter on Thursday.

The four accused were killed by police in an alleged exchange of fire at Chatanpally on December 6. The police had claimed that the four were killed as they snatched arms from police and in retaliation the police opened fire on them leading to the death of all four.
