A Patiala House Court in Delhi on Monday granted bail on humanitarian grounds to Niraj Bishnoi, accused in the Bulli Bai app case, and Aumkareshwar Thakur, the creator of the Sulli Deals app.
The Court said that the Chargesheet has already been filed against the accused, although the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) have not come yet.
The Court also held that the accused are first-time offenders and continued incarceration would be detrimental to their overall well being.
The Court, while granting bail, has imposed strict conditions on the accused persons so that they cannot intimidate any witness and tarnish any evidence. The conditions include that the accused person shall not attempt to contact, influence, induce any victim.

The Court ordered that the accused person shall not tamper with the evidence, give his contact details to the investigating officer, keep his phone on and inform the Investigation officer (IO) about his location. It states that the accused shall not leave the country and appear before the court on every date, shall not commit a similar offense while on bail.
