YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, from Mangallgiri, in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh, had filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking action against alleged illegal allotment of land for construction of TDP office in Atmakuru, Guntur, allegedly in violation of the regulations.
New Delhi (ILNS): The Supreme Court today turned down an appeal for transfer of the Hathras case to Delhi, saying that transfer can be considered once investigation is complete.
