The Supreme Court on Tuesday asked the Amrapali real estate group details of all transactions and payments to cricketer MS Dhoni.
The bench sought the details while hearing on the final report submitted by the forensic auditors alleging serious discrepancies and misappropriation of funds by Amrapali.
At today’s hearing, Senior Advocate Geeta Luthra appearing for the Amrapali that she needed two more days’ time to reply on the final report.
To which, the bench of Justices Arun Mishra and UU Lalit said that the company had the substantive time to reply on the report and that it will not give more time to them and tomorrow the case will be decided.
The bench was told that according to the audit report, the company embezzled Rs 3,500 crores.
The matter will be again heard tomorrow.
