The Supreme Court on Thursday (Jan 10) recommended constitution of a committee comprising Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani and computer scientist Vijay Bhatkar to devise a full-proof technique for holding online exams without leaks.
A bench of Justices S A Bobde and Deepak Gupta proposed the committee while acting on the plea related to the alleged leaks of question papers related to the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2017 and Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination 2017
In the previous hearings, the court had observed that “entire SSC examination system was tainted and the custodian of the examination paper was himself engaged in leaking the paper” following which it had stayed declaration of SSC-2017 results.
