The appointment of Justice Manmohan as Acting Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court has been notified by the Central government of India.
The appointment of Justice Manmohan was done in the wake of elevation of Justice Satish Chandra Sharma to the Supreme Court.
The Acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Court was born in Delhi on December 17, 1962.He was appointed enrolled in Bar Council of Delhi as advocate in 1987, he primarily practiced in the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, specializing in civil, criminal, constitutional, taxation, arbitration, trademark and service litigation.
He was designated as a Senior Advocate on January 18, 2003.
The Acting Chief Justice of Delhi was appointed as an additional judge of the Delhi High Court March 13,2008 before being made permanent judge on December 17, 2009.
