The Delhi High Court on Tuesday directed the SSP Jhajjar to provide all possible assistance to the Delhi Police to locate the brother of the petitioner, who is missing since the January 26 Tractor Rally held in Delhi.
A division bench of Justice Siddharth Mridul and Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani further directed the Delhi Police to file a status report within one week.
The petition has been filed by Baljeet, a cousin of Bajinder, a farmer from Jind District, who participated in the Tractor Rally organized on January 26 by farmers protesting against the three farm laws and went missing from then.

The Delhi Police submitted today that three teams have been constituted to locate Bajinder and has interrogated 15 people in this regard.
The bench has listed the matter for further hearing on February 17.
