A Delhi court on Wednesday reserved its order on regular bail of Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) leader K Kavitha, who was arrested in his alleged involvement in the Delhi liquor policy policy scam case.
Special Judge (PC Act) Kaveri Baweja of the Rouse Avenue Court will now pronounce the order on May 6.
On April 15, the court had remanded Kavitha to judicial custody till April 23, in connection with her alleged involvement in the Delhi Excise Policy scam case
