Delhi court allows ED to interrogate corporate lobbyist Deepak Talwar

The Patiala House court on Friday (Mar 15) allowed Enforcement Directorate (ED) to interrogate corporate lobbyist Deepak Talwar who is in judicial custody pertaining to case related to the purchase of 43 aircraft by Indian Airlines in 2005.

The court directed ED to follow rules as per jail manual. The court said that it can interrogate Talwar who is in judicial custody from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 6 pm.

At today’s hearing, the ED’s counsels told the Special Judge Santosh Snehi Mann that the interrogation of Talwar is essential to find out the money trail.
