Supreme Court Notification on Schedule of Vacation Benches

Effective May 15th, 2016 till June 29^th, 2016, Supreme Court has proceeded on summer vacation.

For hearing of urgent matters and regular hearing matters, Supreme Court has created a schedule for this vacation period.

Under Rule 6 of Order II of the Supreme Court of India Rules, 2013, Hon’ble Chief Justice of India has nominated a number of Division Benches for the same purpose. Known as Vacation Benches, these have been planned under three slots from May 16^th to May 29^th, 2016; May 30^th to June 12^th, 2016; and June 13^th to June 28^th, 2016.
