2G scam case: ASG Mehta seeks adjournment, SC lists for March 21

The new, government-appointed Special Public Prosecutor, Additional Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appeared before the Supreme Court bench of Justices Arun Mishra and Navin Sinha on Tuesday (March 13). The bench is dealing with appeals in matters pertaining to the alleged 2G scam and connected matters.

This case involves Advantage Strategic Consulting (P), against the Enforcement Directorate.

Mehta sought an adjournment to the hearing, which the bench granted. The next date of hearing is March 21.
