The Supreme Court Constitution Bench which is hearing a bunch of petitions challenging the centre’s decision for making linking of Aadhaar with various schemes and facilities mandatory will not be sitting on Thursday (February 15) as Justice DY Chandrachud who is one of the five judges on the bench is not available. The Constitution Bench looking into the Aadhaar linkages matter comprises of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices AK Sikri, AM Khanwilkar, DY Chandrachud and Ashok Bhushan.
