A bench headed by Justice Arun Mishra will hear Karti Chidambaram’s plea challenging Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) decision to temporarily attach his properties in connection with a money laundering probe in the Aircel-Maxis deal case.

On Thursday (January 11), the counsel representing Karti said to Justice Arun Mishra: “We are happy now that you are hearing this case.”

Justice Mishra responded by saying: “Don’t use such type of words infront of us. We are doing our constitutional duty, not to make you happy. You must maintain the decorum of this court.”
