The Supreme Court on Monday (June 18) told the petitioners who had challenged their debarment from appearing in their law exams due to low attendance to approach Delhi High Court as they had not challenged the Delhi HC’s order dated May 9 given in the same case and instead filed new case at this court.

During today’s hearing, the petitioners said that their attendance was not calculated appropriately as due to shifting of the sections, they lost their attendance and that was not taken into account.

To which the vacation bench of Justices S Abdul Nazeer and Indu Malhotra asked the petitioner to approach the Delhi High Court first.
