The Patiala House court on Thursday (June 7) deferred the bail plea of Kashmiri businessman Zahoor Watali, accused in a terror funding case for tomorrow.

The accused has been charged for funding terror groups in Kashmir and indulging in anti-national and subversive activities in the Kashmir Valley by the anti-terror probe agency National Investigation Agency (NIA).

In July 2017, NIA had detained seven separatist leaders for their alleged involvement in funding terror groups in the valley. One of them was Zahoor Watali.
